We collect information you provide when registering as a dropshipper, completing KYC, connecting your Shopify store, or placing orders. This includes name, business details, contact information, identity documents, bank details, and shipping addresses of your end customers.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process orders, generate shipping labels, verify identity for KYC compliance, settle payments, and provide customer support. End-customer addresses are shared only with our courier partners for delivery.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with: (a) courier partners for shipping, (b) payment processors for transactions, (c) regulatory authorities when legally required.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit, secure cloud storage with role-based access controls, and Row-Level Security at the database layer to protect your account data.

KYC & Identity Documents

Identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GST, cancelled cheque) are stored securely and used only for KYC verification. Access is restricted to authorized admin reviewers.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. KYC records are retained as required by applicable Indian regulations.

How are my KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GST, cancelled cheque) stored?

KYC documents are uploaded over TLS and stored in encrypted private cloud storage with Row-Level Security. Only authorised admin reviewers can access them, strictly for verifying your identity under applicable Indian regulations. They are never shared with other dropshippers or used for marketing.

Who sees my end customer's COD shipping address and phone number?

End-customer details captured for COD and prepaid orders are shared only with the assigned courier partner for last-mile delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with marketers, and access inside Mount Emporium is restricted to the operations team handling your order.

How is RTO and refund data handled in my wallet?

When an RTO is logged, only the eligible product cost is credited back to your wallet ledger. Forward shipping, RTO shipping, and the ₹20 packaging charge remain debited as they reflect real costs already paid to partners. Every credit and debit is timestamped and auditable from your wallet history.

Can I request deletion of my account and KYC data?

Yes. You can request data access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting us. Note that KYC records and order/wallet transactions may be retained for the minimum period required by Indian tax and compliance regulations even after account closure.

Do you use advertising trackers or sell my data?

No. We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we never sell dropshipper or end-customer data.
