Yes. Mount Emporium supports COD orders across 25,000+ pincodes in India through our courier partners. COD remittance is settled to your wallet after the courier confirms successful delivery, typically within 7–10 business days.
If a shipment is returned to origin, only the eligible product cost is credited back to your wallet. Forward shipping, RTO shipping, and the ₹20 packaging charge are non-refundable as these costs are already incurred by our courier and warehouse partners.
A flat ₹20 packaging charge applies to every order in addition to the product cost and shipping. This covers neutral white-label packaging materials, your brand-name invoice, and quality-check labour at our warehouse.
No. There is no MOQ — you can place a single-unit order or scale to thousands. For bulk orders, custom pricing is available on request via WhatsApp.
